What is coaching?
Coaching entails working with a person, known as the client or the coachee, in a manner that allows the client to excel by developing his/her own latent competencies to their full potential. This is conducted one-on-one in a dynamic process to provide an opportunity to gain clarity, remove self-imposed limitations, so that the coachee can fully tap into their strengths.
The coaching process addresses specific personal projects, business successes, general conditions and transitions in the client's personal life, relationships or profession by examining what is going on right now, discovering what your obstacles or challenges might be, and choosing a course of action to make your life be what you want it to be.
Kristina is highly trained as a generalist and can coach superbly on any aspect of life. However, she may choose to specialize in one or more of the following areas :

Nicole, known also as Coco, began teaching yoga in Windsor in 2000, after completing an intensive Yoga Teacher Training in Varanasi, India, with her teacher, Sunil Kumar. Yoga was virtually unknown in Windsor back in 2000 and Nicole’s classes inspired more than a few people to become Yoga teachers as well! After teaching at Good Life and out of an Aikido Dojo, Nicole opened up Prana Yoga Studio on Ottawa Street. Drawn to deepen her practice of relaxation and meditation, as well as Thai Massage and Dance, Nicole returned to India and Thailand in 2003 for a year of intense practices. Her most recent gift to the Windsor area was Erleichda Wellness Centre, which she ran for 2 years. Erleichda closed in August of 2007. Nicole moved to the county and became a mother in May of ‘08! She shared her love of yoga with students in Amherstburg and LaSalle literally until the day her daughter was born!
Nicole is very excited to bring her knowledge and experience back to Windsor this fall. Even more so she is thrilled to be amongst the expertise of the centre and looks forward to helping more and more people to help themselves Be Well. Her own journey has included an end to the pain and discomfort she suffered for years due to scoliosis and leg-length imbalance, as well as emotional and spiritual centredness. Over the years, Nicole has taught yoga to adults, children and seniors of all levels of fitness. Her belief is that every body strives to be in its pure state of perfect balance, and that with knowledge and practice, our bodies and minds come to that centered place where bliss resides. The practice of yoga enables us to remain in that state as well as return to it should imbalances occur again. There is no reason for any body to live in ongoing pain. Five thousand years of knowledge is now available to all of us in this time of awareness. Nicole is thrilled to be part of this team of amazing experts!

The Migun Thermal Massage Bed utilizes a wealth of knowledge by placing both heat and pressure to those points in the body that are connected to certain organs in the body. The treatment uses helium to produce heat and uses jade massage heads to create pressure. This dual form of treatment focuses its attention on the area near and around the spine, the same pressure points that are used in acupuncture and acupressure.
The Effects of the Migun Thermal Massage Bed
In recent clinical trials, it was found that this particular form of thermal therapy has been beneficial to a number of various illnesses including gastro enteric disorder, constipation, headache and blood pressure problems.
